Eastrand Mall Parkade & Retail Extension

The design of four new entrances: two of these being lobbies that tower from above the roof parking deck of the all new, 1346 bay, multi-level parkade; and the other two being 20m high, “triumphal arch” type vaults soaring skywards on either end of the existing mall.

Liberty Parkade

A 468 bay corporate parking garage situated in Braamfontein, JHB. The requirement was that the building should not take the appearance of a parkade - no cars must be visible - but was to make a modern contribution to the upgrade of the Braamfontein Precinct. The building also includes a top security 500m2 basement computer data centre.

Filmnet - Athens

An existing 12 500m2 school and sports hall were converted for use as offices and studios for FilmNet, an associated company of MNet South Africa. The complex is situated on the ring road linking the new Athens Airport with the city.

The Buzz Shopping Centre

A 21 000m2 neighborhood shopping centre on the busy Witkoppen Road close to Fourways. This centre includes a state of the art gymnasium and a Pick ‘n Pay supermarket as anchors, with a lively mix of shops & restuarants making up the balance.

The Indaba Hotel & Conference Centre

The Indaba Conference Centre project in Fourways, JHB, involved the existing hotel facilities & accommodation being upgraded and substantially increased. Conference facilities, a 200 seat auditorium, a sports centre and various entertainment venues were added. The project received a TPIA award of merit.

Kildrummy Office Park

A 2 100 m2 office park development for Devcon, Vlaming and Renprop. The park consists of 8 stand-alone buildings, 2 storeys high with basement parking.
