MIT Warehouse

 

A 3 500m2 distribution warehouse located in City Deep Production Park. The warehouse was specifically designed for the client and is used for the importing and local sale of parts in the automotive industry.

Nextube Factory

 

Nextube manufactures Kableflex used in the industrial installation of electrical and other services. The factory floor area is 900m2, with the office floor area for ground and first floor totalling 340m2.

Gemini Pumps

 

A series of mini factories of approximately 250m2 each, one of which is to be utilised by the property owner Gemini Pumps. Robust, maintenance free materials were used on the external façades, with each unit’s office entry highlighted by a curved sheet metal canopy on a white painted column.

This high-tech addition to the existing Spar WC Distribution Head Office includes three perishable warehouses ranging from -25°C to 5°C; extensions to the existing dry goods receiving & despatch areas, & to the existing warehouse. Additional staff facilities included a 250 seat conference room, a new canteen & offices.
